Welcome to the August OUL Bulletin! We hope you're enjoying your summer and staying cool.

This August bulletin features articles from community news, schools, and other publications. We'll also share OUL posts you may have missed, along with fun ASL sign language videos.

We're excited to announce the 7th Annual Scarlett's Park Conference hosted by the College of Health and Human Services at Fresno State. The event will feature both virtual and in-person presentations on "Autism in Deaf Education." We invite you to join us for this valuable workshop. Full details are available at the end of this newsletter.

The event will include keynote speakers and presentations from select teachers, professionals, Deaf Autistic adults, parents, and specifically named speakers Rosangela Jaech, Bonita Ewan, and Elizabeth Kunze.
