🎆 Happy July 4th from All of Us at OUL! 🎇

Hello, OUL family and friends!

First things first — Happy Independence Day! We hope your day is filled with great food, good company, and maybe a few fireworks lighting up the sky. Whether you're at a backyard cookout, watching a parade, or just enjoying a well-deserved day off, we're thinking of you and wishing you all the joy this holiday has to offer.

Now, while the grill is heating up, we've got some exciting news to share…

🌐 Big Things Are Happening on Our Website!

We are refreshing and updating the OUL website, and we couldn't be more thrilled about it! Here's what's coming:

- ✅ Brand-new team profiles— fresh, accurate, and ready to introduce you to the amazing people behind OUL.

- 🛠️ Page fixes and updates — we're tidying things up so everything is easier to navigate and more useful for you.

- 📚 More resources on the way — because we know how important it is to have the right tools and information at your fingertips.

We are always working to make OUL better — for learners, families, and advocates who believe in the power of inclusive education.

🙌 Want to Get Involved?

Here's the really exciting part: we're welcoming new volunteers this fall! 🍂

Do you love to write? Have a passion for disability rights, Deaf culture, or neurodiversity? Want to contribute something meaningful while flexing your creative muscles? Then OUL needs YOU.

We're especially looking for folks to help with:

- 📝 Blog posts — share stories, insights, and ideas with our community

- 🔗 Resource curation — help us add valuable tools and links to the site

- 💡 Creative content — if you've got an idea, we want to hear it!

You don't have to wait until fall, though. You can join the team at any time — because good ideas don't follow a calendar. 😄

📬 Ready to Jump In?

We'd love to hear from you. Together, we're building something truly special — a community where every learner is seen, supported, and celebrated.
